A. As used in this section, "menstrual supplies" means tampons or pads for use in connection with the menstrual cycle. B. Each school board shall make menstrual supplies available, at all times and at no cost to students, in such accessible locations as it deems appropriate in each elementary school in the local school division. C. Each school board shall make menstrual supplies available, at all times and at no cost to students, in the bathrooms of each middle school and high school in the local school division. 2020, cc. 675, 676.
