Either party shall have a right to appeal from the judgment of the court as provided by Chapter 26 (§ 8.01-669 et seq.) of Title 8.01. Such appeal shall be perfected within sixty days from the entry of the order confirming the final report of the board of viewers. Code 1919, § 1756; 1926, p. 614.
