A. The Department shall develop a tool or process for the uniform tracking of successful job placement and job retention outcomes of workforce development program participants. B. All workforce development program providers shall annually track successful job placement and job retention outcomes for workforce development program participants using the tool or process developed by the Department. 2023, cc. 624, 625.
