The Authority may accept funds and property from the federal government, the Commonwealth, persons, and localities and may use the same for any of the purposes for which the Authority is created. Localities are hereby authorized to lend or donate money or other property to the Authority for any of its purposes. The locality making the grant or loan may restrict the use of such grants or loans to a specific project, within or outside that locality. 1993, c. 982, § 15.1-1668; 1997, c. 587.
