Augusta County may require any person desiring to install a septic tank or other onsite sewage disposal system to secure a permit to do so. A reasonable fee may be prescribed, not to exceed $150, for processing an application for such a permit. 2001, c. 204; 2007, cc. 813, 880, 920.
