A. No municipality shall exercise its power of eminent domain to condemn any plant or equipment of a private provider for the purpose of providing to a subscriber a cable television service. B. No municipality, for the purpose of providing to a subscriber a cable television service, shall exercise its power of eminent domain to condemn real property, whether in whole or in part, or to obtain an easement. 2003, c. 677.
