§ 3604. Rights of early care and education providers Early care and education providers shall have the right to: (1) organize, form, join, or assist any union or labor organization for the purpose of collective bargaining without any interference, restraint, or coercion; (2) bargain collectively through a representative of their own choice; (3) engage in concerted activities for the purpose of supporting or engaging in collective bargaining; (4) pursue grievances through the exclusive representative as negotiated pursuant to this chapter; and (5) refrain from any or all such activities.
