§ 626. Application; collective bargaining agreements (a) This subchapter shall not apply to retirement benefits that accrued prior to July 1, 2013 or to crimes committed before July 1, 2013. (b) No collective bargaining agreement or other employment agreement entered into on or after July 1, 2013 shall contain any provision that limits the application of the provisions of this subchapter.
