§ 5223. Recognizance requirement A town or municipality within it shall not be required to furnish recognizance or other security for costs in any proceeding instituted under the provisions of sections 5222-5224 of this title; but, unless otherwise provided, upon final judgment, the Court may make such order relating to the payment of costs by the plaintiff for defendant as it shall deem just and reasonable.
