§ 508. Receipts given by State officers State officers, except Superior Court clerks and Superior judges, and every person in the employ of the State under salary or per diem established by statute, receiving money belonging to or for the use of the State, shall give the person paying the money a receipt for payment in the form as shall be prescribed by the State Treasurer.
