§ 504. Fines paid to Superior Court clerk Damages and costs received in actions to which the State is a party, and fines and the amount of bonds and recognizances to the State taken in any county, shall be paid to the Superior Court clerk. His or her receipt shall be the only valid discharge thereof and he or she shall pay the same into the State Treasury.
