§ 4411. Modifying grand list to conform with results of an appeal If, at the time when the listers are required to complete the grand list and to lodge the same with the town clerk by section 4151 of this title, an appeal from the listers is pending and undetermined, such appeal shall be determined as soon as may be thereafter, and the board deciding such appeal shall file with the town clerk a certificate setting forth its decision in the premises, and he or she shall record the same in the grand list book, and thereupon the grand list shall be modified or amended to conform thereto.
