§ 4114. Certificate of clerk When such abstract is so lodged or amended, the town clerk shall affix thereto his or her certificate showing the date whereon it was so lodged with him or her, or such amendments were added to one theretofore filed. Thereupon such abstract shall become lawful and valid and of the same force and effect as if the same had been filed within the time prescribed by law.
