§ 302. Tabulation of estimates and statements
On or before November 15 preceding each biennium, the Commissioner of Finance and
Management and the Secretary of Administration shall deliver to the Governor and to
the Governor-elect, if they so request, statements of State accounts setting forth
in tabulated form all appropriations and expenditures for the current fiscal year,
all appropriations and expenditures for all State purposes for the last four preceding
fiscal years, estimates of all claims against the State, and all expenditures from
the State Treasury authorized by law, together with the estimates filed with them
for the ensuing two fiscal years, under the provisions of subsection 301(a) of this title.
