§ 1007. Lieutenant Governor (a) The Lieutenant Governor shall be paid his or her expenses when away from Montpelier or his or her home in the interest of the State. (b) During any session of the General Assembly, the Lieutenant Governor is entitled to receive the same expenses authorized for members of the General Assembly by subsection 1052(b) of this title.
