§ 2914. Condemnation When it is necessary that a municipality that has voted to establish a municipal plant should acquire property within this State, or some easement or other limited right in such property in order that it may render adequate service to the public in the operation of its municipal plant, it may condemn such property or right in the manner prescribed for public service corporations in chapter 3 of this title.
