§ 162. Easements and rights-of-way The Commissioner of Buildings and General Services is authorized to grant easements and rights-of-way in connection with projects and land under his or her jurisdiction. In the event that the easement or right-of-way ceases to be used for the purpose granted, title to the easement shall revert to the State.
