§ 160b. Sale of milk and milk products at information centers (a) The Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired is encouraged to sell milk and milk products, with a preference for the sale of Vermont-produced milk whenever feasible, in vending machines at rest areas and information centers in this State according to policies and rules established by the Commissioner of Buildings and General Services. (b) The Commissioner shall designate areas within rest areas and welcome centers for the sale of milk and milk products with an emphasis on the sale of Vermont-made products. The Commissioner, at his or her sole discretion, shall have the authority to designate the areas where sales may occur.
