§ 364. Release pending hearing Pending a hearing upon any charge of violation, the Parole Board may authorize the offender’s release from detention in accordance with the procedures set forth in 13 V.S.A. § 7554. For the purposes of this section, a judicial officer as defined in 7554(f) shall mean the Chair of the Parole Board or designee.
