Reconveyance by Governor

§ 706. Reconveyance by Governor
When title to such real estate vests in the State, it shall be under the charge of
the Governor. Upon the Governor being satisfied that the congregation or society has
become a corporation according to law, the Governor shall grant and convey the real
estate and the rights, title, and interest of the State to the corporation, which
shall be vested with the rights, title, and interest.
