§ 5324. Fees (a) For the issuance of a commission as a notary public, the Office shall collect a fee of $30.00. (b) For issuance of a special endorsement authorizing the performance of electronic and remote notarial acts in accordance with subsection 5341(d) of this chapter, the Office shall collect a fee of $30.00.
