Temporary practice

§ 3319. Temporary practice
The Director shall issue a temporary license to an individual, after filing of an
application and fee, who is a certified or licensed real estate appraiser in another
jurisdiction if all of the following apply:
(1) the property to be appraised is part of a federally related transaction for which
a licensed or certified appraiser is required by the Act;
(2) the applicant’s business is of a temporary nature; and
(3) the applicant registers with the Office.
