§ 3315. Rules (a) The Director may adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. (b) The Director shall adopt rules relating to procedures for processing applications, issuing licenses, registering trainees, inspecting records, and instituting and conducting disciplinary proceedings.
