§ 3209. Licensure by endorsement
The Director may, upon payment of the required fee, grant a license without examination
if:
(1) the applicant holds an active license to practice licensed master’s social work or
licensed independent clinical social work in another U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction;
and
(2) the requirements for licensing in that jurisdiction are, in the judgment of the Director,
substantially equivalent to the requirements of this chapter.
