§ 3061. Rulemaking The Office or the Board may adopt rules in accordance with 3 V.S.A. chapter 25 to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including, in consultation with the appropriate boards and advisor appointees for professions regulated by the Office, rules regarding any profession-specific requirements related to telehealth licenses and telehealth registrations.
