§ 3009. Organization of Board The Board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year; but additional meetings may be held upon call of the Chair or at written request of any two members of the Board. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for transacting business and all action shall be taken upon a majority vote of the members present and voting.
