§ 1652. Certification and rulemaking The Board shall certify anesthesiologist assistants, and the Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules regarding the training, practice, supervision, qualification, scope of practice, places of practice, and protocols for anesthesiologist assistants, and patient notification and consent.
