§ 5101. Definitions As used in this chapter: (1) “Municipalities” means a town, a city, or an incorporated village. (2) “Legislative body” means the selectmen in the case of a town, the council or mayor and board of aldermen in the case of a city, and the trustees in the case of an incorporated village.
