§ 3265. Liability of municipality (a) A municipality that incurs indebtedness for or otherwise finances projects under this subchapter shall not be liable for the failure of performance of a project. (b) A municipality that incurs indebtedness for bonding under this subchapter shall pledge the full faith and credit of the municipality.
