§ 2408. Exceptions Any land acquired by virtue of the provisions of section 2407 of this title shall be deemed a municipal forest. A town which has such forest on the effective date of section 2407 of this title, or acquires one hereunder, shall be deemed to have complied with the provisions of such section.
