§ 2297. Definitions As used in this subchapter, (1) “Solid waste ordinance” means an ordinance adopted pursuant to subdivision 2291(12) of this title. (2) “Legislative body” means the legislative body of a town, city, or incorporated village. (3) “Respondent” means a person alleged to have violated a solid waste ordinance.
