§ 1526. Tax levies; debit of general fund The treasurer shall debit thereafter such general fund with: (1) all collection fees allowed such treasurer for receiving taxes and issuing his or her warrant to the collector; (2) any other lawful costs of collection; (3) abatements made by the board for the abatement of taxes; and (4) any other diminution or loss in the course of the enforcement of such rate bill.
