§ 679. Operating commercial motor vehicle after privilege suspended A person whose privilege to operate a commercial motor vehicle has been suspended under section 4116a of this title and who operates or attempts to operate a commercial motor vehicle upon a public highway before the suspension period has expired shall be subject to the penalties set forth in subsection 674(a) of this title.
