Defacing identifying numbers; signs

§ 3509. Defacing identifying numbers; signs
(a) A person may not willfully change or attempt to change, or tamper with, obliterate,
deface, or in any manner interfere with, the original or assigned motor number or
manufacturer’s serial number of any all-terrain vehicle.
(b) A person may not remove, deface, alter, or destroy trail signs, markers, or posters
erected pursuant to this chapter.
