§ 608. Audio-Visual Revolving Fund There is established within the Department of Libraries a revolving fund for the audio-visual services unit to cover expenses of distribution of audio-visual materials. Receipts to the fund shall be from postage or delivery charges assessed by the Department to users of materials from this unit.
