§ 474. Penalties and enforcement (a) The penalty and enforcement provisions of section 495b of this title shall apply to this subchapter. (b) An employer may bring a civil action to recover compensation paid to the employee during leave, except payments made for accrued sick leave or vacation leave, and court costs to enforce the provisions of subsection 472(h) of this title.
