§ 207. Trade secrets
All information reported to or otherwise obtained by the Commissioner or the Director,
or their agents, in connection with any inspection or proceeding under this chapter
or the VOSHA Code, that contains or might reveal a trade secret referred to in 18 U.S.C. § 1905 shall be considered confidential, except that such information may be disclosed to
other officers or employees concerned in carrying out the provisions of this chapter
or the VOSHA Code. In any proceeding, the Commissioner, Director, Board, or court
shall issue such orders as may be appropriate to protect the confidentiality of trade
secrets.
