Cooperation with United States

§ 2. Cooperation with United States
With the written approval of the Governor, the Commissioner of Labor is authorized
and empowered to cooperate and contract in the name and on behalf of the State with
the U.S. Department of Labor in the work of inspection and investigation under the
federal Fair Labor Standards Act and to accept grants and assistance from the U.S.
Department of Labor for such inspection and investigation.
