§ 1453. Approval or rejection; resubmission The Commissioner shall approve or reject a plan in writing within 30 days after receiving it, and in the case of rejection shall state the reasons for the rejection. The reasons for rejection shall be final and nonappealable, but the employer shall be allowed to submit another plan for approval that addresses the reasons that led to the rejection of the original plan.
