§ 1374. Representation in court The Attorney General shall represent the Commissioner and State in any court action relating to this chapter or to its administration and enforcement, except as other counsel may be designated by the Commissioner with the approval of the Attorney General; provided, however, in prosecutions under this chapter the State’s Attorney of the county in which the offense occurs shall represent the State as in other causes.
