§ 1372. Violation by corporate agent If the employer in question is a corporation, any official or agent of the corporation responsible for a falsehood, failure, or refusal mentioned in sections 1369–1371 of this subchapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 1373 of this subchapter.
