§ 2056. Certified records Upon the request of a Superior judge, the Attorney General, or a State’s Attorney, the Center shall prepare the record of arrests, convictions, or sentences of a person. The record, when duly certified by the Commissioner of Public Safety or the Director of the Center, shall be competent evidence in the courts of this State. Such other information as is contained in the Center may be made public only with the express approval of the Commissioner of Public Safety.
