§ 1813. Law enforcement duties generally The Department shall, in addition to the other law enforcement duties set forth in this title, administer and enforce the law pertaining to the following subjects: (1) the patrol of highways and the operation of traffic thereon; (2) [Repealed.] (3) the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
