§ 106. Supplementary agreements — Article V This Compact shall not limit the right of any party states to enter into supplementary agreements with other party states, nor shall it limit or restrict any agreements presently in force. Supplementary agreements may include provisions for evacuation and reception of injured and misplaced persons, and the exchange of equipment and supplies and medical, fire, police, public utility, reconnaissance, welfare, transportation and communications personnel.
