§ 10h. Cooperative interstate agreement
(a) [Repealed.]
(b) In connection with any authorized construction project in the State of Vermont that
extends into or affects an adjoining state, the Agency, on behalf of the State of
Vermont, may enter into a cooperative agreement with the adjoining state or any political
subdivision of an adjoining state that apportions duties and responsibilities for
planning preliminary engineering, including environmental studies, right-of-way acquisition,
construction, and maintenance.
