Presumption of validity

§ 9717. Presumption of validity
An advance directive executed as provided in this chapter shall be presumed valid.
No third party shall require an additional or different form of advance directive.
A photocopy or facsimile of a duly executed original advance directive shall be relied
upon to the same extent as the original.
