§ 9052. Transfer of patients The Compact Administrator shall consult with the immediate family of any person whom he or she proposes to transfer from a State institution to an institution in another state which is a party to this compact and shall take final action as to the transfer of such person only with the approval of the Superior Court of the unit of original commitment.
