Interfering with health officers; penalty

§ 6. Interfering with health officers; penalty
A person who in any way interferes with a local health officer; or the director, chemist,
or inspectors of the State laboratory in the performance of their duties under this
title shall be fined not more than $50.00 for the first offense and for each subsequent
offense shall be fined $100.00.
