§ 5200. Definitions As used in this chapter: (1) “Cemetery” has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title. (2) “Cremation” has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title. (3) “Disposition facility” has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title. (4) “Licensed health care professional” means a physician, a physician assistant, a naturopathic physician, or an advanced practice registered nurse. (5) “Natural organic reduction” has the same meaning as in section 5302 of this title.
