§ 4236. Manufacture or cultivation (a) A person knowingly and unlawfully manufacturing or cultivating a regulated drug shall be imprisoned not more than 20 years or fined not more than $1,000,000.00, or both. (b) This section shall not apply to the cultivation of cannabis.
